On our Web site. Simply click on the “Donate Online” button at the top of every St. John's Healthcare Foundation Web site page, and you will be automatically directed to a page for gift-giving; or click here to donate online.
By telephone. The St. John's Healthcare Foundation office is open Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Call (805) 988-2868 to make a gift with a credit card.
By mail. You can mail a check or credit card contribution to St. John's Healthcare Foundation at 1600 North Rose Avenue, Oxnard, CA 93030.
By fax. You can fax a completed Donation Fax-in Form (PDF) to St. John's Healthcare Foundation at (805) 981-4450.
Through a personal meeting. The professionals at St. John's Healthcare Foundation would be happy to meet with you to discuss your philanthropic goals.
