Donor History Wall Unveiled at St. John's in Oxnard

St. John's Regional Medical Center (SJRMC) is pleased to announce that a special donor history wall was unveiled in the Main Lobby at SJRMC on March 21. The donor history wall depicts the rich history of our nearly 100-year legacy, recognizes our many donors and supporters, creates a welcoming feature for guests as they enter our hospital, and fosters a healing environment. In addition to the lovely image panels depicting our community's and our hospital's story since 1912, the donor history wall features an LCD screen display of important images and information about St. John’s, reflecting the dynamic way in which history is made in our presence on a daily basis.

We invite you to visit the SJRMC lobby to experience the beauty and tradition that the donor history wall inspires. Sr. Corita Burnham, St. John’s Sister of Mercy Sponsor, served as the donor history wall project lead and was instrumental in facilitating the development of the wall, along with staff from St. John’s Healthcare Foundation and St. John’s Marketing Communications Department. The donor history wall represents more than a year of planning and research, and has the capacity to evolve and grow as we enter the next century of healing.

This project was funded by St. John’s Healthcare Foundation with the support of our dedicated donors, including Diana and Ed Paul, Corinne and Joe Burdullis, and the Oxnard Auto Center Association. We extend our thanks to everyone involved in the donor history wall project.
