Dear Adventure Guest(s),
We are so excited to welcome you to the upcoming Adventure “A Journey Through the Emerald Isle” – a special evening of celebration, connection, and community impact. The committee has worked hard to put together a meaningful and memorable evening. As the event approaches, here’s everything you need to know to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
Event Details
Date: Saturday, May 3, 2025
Time: 4:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Location: Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village2 Dole Dr, Westlake Village, CA 91362
Map
Parking: Complimentary Valet parking will be available at the front entrance or you can park in the self-parking lot just beyond valet. Either option is included in your registration.
Arrival & Check-In
- Upon arrival, Four Seasons will direct you to our registration tables for check in. Providing us with your name is ticket for entry. To ensure an easy check-in experience, please provide us with your guest list including emails.
- You’ll receive your passport with table assignment and details for the evening.
Dress Code
This year’s attire is black-tie / cocktail attire.
Evening Highlights
4:30 pm – 5:30 p.m.: Registration, cocktail reception, hors d’oeuvres, and silent auction
5:30 pm: Ballroom opens
5:45 pm – 9:15 pm:
- Seated Dinner, Program, Live Auction, and Paddle Raise—Stand Up to Cancer
- Award presentations for the Catherine McAuley Achievement Awardees, Joyce Resnik and Dr. Jeff Davies
Silent & Live Auction
- Get ready to bid on exciting packages!
- Silent auction will open at 4:30pm
- Credit cards, checks and cash will be accepted
- All proceeds support Cancer Services at St. John’s Hospitals

Menu
Four Seasons Chef Hugo has created a fabulous dinner menu. The main entree includes Slow Braised Prime Beef Short Rib with Red Wine Bordelaise Sauce and Chef's Halibut accompanied with Potato Mousseline and Jumbo Asparagus, paired with Opolo Mountain Zinfandel and Albarino.
An alternate vegetarian meal can be arranged for guests with dietary restrictions. Also, please alert if you have any nut allergies. Please call the Foundation at 805.988.2868 or email lisa.smith909@commonspirit.org before Monday, April 28th.
