We are so excited to welcome you this Saturday to Adventure “A Journey Through the Emerald Isle”. As the event approaches, here’s everything you need to know to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
Please Note: An alternate vegetarian meal of a delectable "Summer Corn and Mascarpone Tortelloni" can be arranged for guests with dietary restrictions. Event Details
Date: Saturday, May 3, 2025
Time: 4:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Location: Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village2 Dole Dr, Westlake Village, CA 91362
Map
Parking: Complimentary Valet parking will be available at the front entrance or you can park in the self-parking lot just beyond valet. Either option is included in your registration.
Arrival & Check-In
- Upon arrival, Four Seasons will direct you to our registration tables for check in. Providing us with your name is ticket for entry. To ensure an easy check-in experience, please provide us with your guest list including emails.
- You’ll receive your passport with table assignment and details for the evening.
Dress Code
This year’s attire is black-tie / cocktail attire.
Menu
Four Seasons Chef Hugo has created a fabulous duo dinner menu. The main entree includes Slow Braised Prime Beef Short Rib with Red Wine Bordelaise Sauce and Chef's Halibut accompanied with Potato Mousseline and Jumbo Asparagus, paired with Opolo Mountain Zinfandel and Albarino.
Evening Highlights
4:30 pm – 5:30 p.m.: Registration, cocktail reception, hors d’oeuvres, and silent auction
5:30 pm: Ballroom opens
5:45 pm – 9:15 pm:
